Vineet is a seasoned technology leader with 24 years of experience in the Telecom and Financial Services sectors. Over the past 8 years, he has held key leadership roles driving initiatives in digital transformation, eCommerce, IT operations, process digitization, billing, and CRM modernization. He was most recently associated with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance as Senior Vice President – Head of Application Engineering, where he oversaw the end-to-end lifecycle of application development and ensured alignment of technology initiatives with strategic goals along with driving innovation, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.

Prior to this, he served at Vodafone Idea as Vice President – Head of Digital Technology, managing enterprise-level digital programs, leading 20 direct and 240 indirect partner resources, and implementing digital strategies to enhance customer experience and business agility. At Idea Cellular, Vineet built the digital technology team from the ground up as Senior General Manager – Head of Digital Sales and Service, defining strategies to optimize sales, customer acquisition, engagement, and service delivery across channels.

Vineet began his career at ITI Limited, leading teams and managing the setup and operations of a command-and-control network system for the Indian Army. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Kanpur, and an M.Tech from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra. Vineet is recognized for his strategic vision, technical expertise, and ability to drive business growth through innovative technology solutions.
