Kashvi

Kashvi is the Appointed Actuary of Pramerica Life Insurance and heads the Actuarial department. She joined in November 2025. Kashvi is a seasoned insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the Indian life insurance industry. Her expertise spans statutory valuation, reinsurance administration, with-profit fund management, business planning, and shareholder reporting. She brings extensive experience in regulatory reporting across various regimes, asset–liability management, Prophet modelling, and pricing. Kashvi also has a strong track record of driving process efficiency and enhancing auditability across key actuarial workflows.

Her most recent role was Director – Statutory Valuation and Reinsurance Administration at PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. She began her career with Willis Towers Watson.

Kashvi is a Fellow of both the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and the Institute of Actuaries of India and holds a B.A. (Honours) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi.
