Sameer Chibber is Chief, Customer Service and Operations for Pramerica Life Insurance. He has over 24 years of holistic expertise including more than two decades in the Insurance domain; in Operations, Customer Service, Underwriting, Business Transformation, Program Management, Software Testing, Planning & Developing Operational Infrastructure, Processes, and Operational Controls at centre & branch level. Before joining Pramerica Life Insurance, Sameer was with PNB Metlife for 14 years and was Director, Branch Services & Controls. He has also worked with First Source Solutions, Tata AIG General Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, GE Capital Services, and Integrated databases India. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University as well as Diploma in Sales from National Institute of Sales, Delhi, PMP Certified.
