I joined Pramerica Life in 2011 as the Unit Head in Bathinda. Having served in the army for 15 years, I jumped at the opportunity to work for the Pramerica Life Prahri initiative. Prahri is dedicated to serving the distinct needs of defence personnel and I felt that this would be the perfect platform to give back to my alma mater. It has been an immense learning experience for me and I am grateful that the Company has given me so many opportunities for my personal and professional growth.

My Day

I start my day as early as 8.30 and I am usually the first one in the office. Most of my daily activities are per-planned. After meeting the branch heads, I proceed to the field and then come back to the office around 2'o clock. I make it a point to participate in social welfare activities in an around the cantonment area on regular basis. This provides me with a great opportunity to meet new people and enhance our brand in the market. Since my team works out of six different areas, I travel a lot to watch over the operations.

My Achievements

• 2012– Promoted to Senior Unit Head, Bathinda
• 2013- Promoted to the Cluster Head
